Busoga Kingdom has a well-set hierarchy of authority with powers emanating from top to bottom. On top is the Isebantu Kyabazinga who is the fountain of authority.
Then there is a Katukiro (Prime minister) who is the head of the kingdom business. The current prime minister of Busoga kingdom is Owekitibwa Martin Mukasa Musumba.

He is deputised by Owekitibwa William Kasango. Then there is the Minister in the office of the Prime Minister.

The Kingdom has 20 full cabinet ministers as follows:
