| Busoga kingdom has many health centres, and hospitals supported by the central government. There are also several privately owned health parts established all over Busoga Kingdom aim at efficient delivery of health services.
The biggest hospitals in Busoga kingdom include; Jinja regional referral hospital, Iganga (Nakavule) hospital in Iganga, Lubaga and Mulago hospitals, Nawankandolo and Namungalwe sleeping sickness hospitals in Kamuli and Iganga respectively. In Mayuge thereis Buluba hospital formerly a leprosy treatment centres of Uganda.
